I apologize for not posting for awhile. The word for the day is "jeremiad," which in reference to preaching is a lamentation for the glory and movement of God from days of yesteryear. Such sermons were often preached by pastors when the need for awakening/revival was especially present.
Do you think such preaching is needed today?
